Users must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate information during registration. The platform reserves the right to verify all user identities and reject applications at its discretion.
All project listings are provided by verified developers. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any listing information.
We collect personal information necessary to operate the platform, including name, email, contact details, and financial preference information. This data is used solely for matching buyers with developers and operating platform services.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. Developer and buyer contact information is only shared as part of a formal introduction request.
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time by contacting our support team.
Developers who list projects on the platform agree to pay a commission of 1% of the total sale price on any property sold through an introduction facilitated by the platform.
A sale is considered facilitated when the buyer was introduced to the developer through the platform's introduction request system. Commission invoices are due within 30 days of sale completion.
Developers must report completed sales within 30 days of closing. Failure to report may result in suspension of platform access.
